DESCRIPTION:Scott Rothkopf became the Alice Pratt Brown Director of the Whi
 tney Museum in November 2023. Rothkopf first joined the Whitney as a curat
 or in 2009 and was promoted to Curator and Associate Director of Programs

 rator.\n\n \n\nAs the Fairfield University Art Museum presents For Which i
 t Stands… A Semiquincentennial Exhibition\, Rothkopf will address the hi
 story of American art. He will be joined in conversation by Henry Adams\, 
 the Ruth Couter Heede Professor of Art History at Case Western Reserve Uni
 versity.
